       Carmen is a certified Pilates Instructor based in Dublin. She holds National Qualifications in
       Pilates Matwork Fundamentals, Advanced, Small Equipment and Special Populations.

       Besides her Pilates accreditation she holds an ITEC Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology.

       She is a member of the iREPs, the Register of Exercise Professionals in Ireland.
